Category 5 Brainstorm

When I sit here and think of possible places that I might want to consider as my "place", many come to my mind as having historical significance to the area but little to do with me personally. Since my return to the Louisville area after a 6 year absence, my trips around the city has been limited. So for this project, I am reflecting on post-military memories of places significant to me. That tends to be the most fascinating, right? When writers tell of past experiences of places that have had significant impacts on their development into an adult. With that said, a few places that I am considering are the Falls of the Ohio, Hubbard's Winery in Starlight, Indiana, my old neighborhood in Clarksville, Indiana, and Wooded View Golf Course. Chances are I will probably visit these places this weekend and see where I should go from there. Have a great weekend!

Any of these places are possible, as long as they are accessible on a weekly basis and in your community. Is there anything military-related in your community? Unless you live in Fort Knox, that would not meet the criteria of your "community." Just a thought. Good luck!
